Coffee Cake (using Master Mix)

Preheat oven to 375º F.

Beat together in a bowl:

1/3 c. milk

1 egg

Add:

1/4 c. sugar

2 1/4 c. Master Mix

Stir until well blended (about 1 minute). Pour into greased 8" square baking pan.

Combine and sprinkle over:

1/2 c. brown sugar

3 T. margarine

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Bake 25 minutes. Serve warm.

Optional: drizzle with powder sugar and milk!
